You are your own boss. We are NOT your supervisor and you do not report anywhere. You make your own schedule, your own hours. However, you must commit to selling for at least ten (10) hours per week. Otherwise, the program will not benefit you or the company. You must demonstrate and maintain a professional demeanor when approaching customers and clients, as you are a representative of El Cid Mexican Food Products, Inc.

We will provide all initial training, which will require only a few hours of your time. We will also provide you with a portfolio of all of El Cid's products. In addition, you will have various materials to assist you in your sales ventures.

Contact with the Operations Manager on a regular basis will be essential to keep you informed of any new information you may need. Communication should be initiated by both the Operations Manager and the Sales Representative as needed. Further assistance from El Cid will be available to you at any time during a sale. Furthermore, any assistance you may need will always be at your disposal.
